The MED TECH Leg Disposable Extremity Vacuum Splint – PU30003 provides conforming lower-extremity immobilization for use during emergency medical care, rescue and patient transport.
The splint remains flexible while being positioned around the injured leg. Once molded around the extremity, air is removed through the vacuum valve and the internal bead-filled construction becomes firm, helping maintain a stable and supportive shape during patient handling and transport.
MED TECH's multi-chamber design helps keep the internal material distributed throughout the splint for fast application and consistent coverage around the injured lower extremity.

Key Features
Easy Vacuum Splint Application
Distribute the internal material throughout the splint before application, then position the splint around the injured leg while minimizing unnecessary movement. Shape the splint to the extremity and secure it according to local protocol.
Connect a compatible vacuum pump to the standard valve and remove air until the splint becomes firm. Once evacuated, the splint maintains its molded shape to provide support during patient movement and transport.
