Shipping and Return Policy
At EMRN, we work hard to process orders quickly and deliver dependable service across Canada. Please review the information below for details on order processing, shipping eligibility, returns, and damaged shipments.
Shipping Policy
Order Processing: Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. We strive to ship all available items as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary depending on product availability and credit verification.
In-stock items typically ship immediately from our warehouse.
Some items may require additional processing time due to availability. Please refer to the product page for specific shipping timelines.
Availability messaging on product pages reflects estimated fulfillment timelines and does not guarantee immediate shipment.
Oxygen Cylinders: All oxygen cylinders are shipped empty unless otherwise specified.
- Free shipping applies to online/web orders only.
- Available only for qualifying orders shipped within Canada.
- Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, size, and dimensions.
Free shipping does not apply to:
- Large or overweight products
- Hazardous materials or products requiring special handling
- Items requiring temperature-controlled freight
Return Policy
Orders under $500
Start your return online using our secure returns portal for faster processing. Redo return shipping coverage applies only if Redo was purchased at checkout. If Redo was not purchased at checkout, the customer will be responsible for purchasing the return shipping label. All returns, including returns submitted through Redo, must still meet EMRN’s return policy, including being requested within 15 calendar days from the date received and meeting all return eligibility requirements.
For returns over $500, or returns that cannot be completed through the online portal, please contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The same EMRN return policy applies to all approved returns, including returns submitted through the under-$500 online portal or through Redo. Redo return shipping coverage only applies when Redo was purchased at checkout; otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return shipping label. The RMA must be clearly written on the outside of the carton. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
- Items are returnable within 15 calendar days from the date received.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- No merchandise may be returned without an RMA issued by EMRN.
Returns will not be authorized for:
- Items marked as non-returnable on product pages
- Special order or custom-made items
- Non-stock items are final sale and not eligible for return
- Discontinued items
- Items not in original packaging or not in resalable condition
- Injectable or pharmaceutical products
Damaged During Shipping
Your order is carefully packed to arrive safely. If your shipment arrives damaged, please indicate the damage on the delivery bill and have it signed by the driver. Take a picture of the damage and contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible so we can assist with a replacement.
