The MED TECH Disposable Extremity Vacuum Splint Set – PU80000 provides EMS, rescue and emergency-response teams with a complete vacuum splint system for common upper- and lower-extremity injuries.

The set includes a Wrist/Ankle Disposable Extremity Vacuum Splint – PU30001, Arm Disposable Extremity Vacuum Splint – PU30002, and Leg Disposable Extremity Vacuum Splint – PU30003, together with a Small Hand-Operated Vacuum Pump – MT61000, Suction Adapter – MT10411, and Cordura Nylon Carrying Case – MT51313.

MED TECH's multi-chamber vacuum design helps keep the internal material distributed throughout each splint for fast application and secure, consistent coverage. Once the splint is molded around the injured extremity and evacuated, it becomes firm and maintains the shaped position during patient handling and transport.

Conforming Vacuum Immobilization

Each splint remains flexible before evacuation so it can be shaped around the patient's injured extremity. Once the desired position is achieved, air is removed using the included hand pump or a compatible suction unit connected through the supplied adapter.

As the vacuum develops, the splint becomes firm and maintains the molded shape, helping provide controlled support during patient movement and transport.
