How can we help?
We know medical supply orders can be time-sensitive. This page answers the most common questions our customers ask before and after placing an order.
Quotes
How do I request a quote?
To request a quote, go to the product page and click “Add to Quote”. After adding the items you need, click “My Quote” at the top of the website to review and submit your quote request.
Can I request a quote for multiple items at once?
Yes. You can add multiple products to the same quote. Click “Add to Quote” on each product page, then click “My Quote” at the top of the site to review all items together and submit one quote request.
Do I need an account to request a quote?
No. You do not need an account to request a quote. However, creating an account can make it easier to keep track of orders, invoices, and future quote requests.
How long does it take to receive a quote?
Most quote requests are reviewed as quickly as possible during business hours. Response time can depend on the number of items, product availability, supplier confirmation, and whether special pricing or freight quotes are required.
Can I request special pricing for a large order?
Yes. If you are ordering a larger quantity, you can submit a quote request and include the quantity needed. Our team will review the request and let you know if special pricing is available.
Orders & Order Status
What do the order statuses mean?
Order statuses show where your order is in the process. Here are some common statuses:

| Awaiting Payment | Your order was placed, but payment has not yet been completed or confirmed. |
| Awaiting Fulfillment | Your order has been received and is being reviewed, picked, packed, or prepared. |
| Awaiting Shipment | Your order is being prepared for shipment. It may be waiting for warehouse processing, supplier shipment, or carrier pickup. |
| Partially Shipped | Part of your order has shipped, and the remaining item or items will ship separately. |
| Shipped | Your order has shipped. Tracking information should be available by email or in your account. |
| Completed | Your order has been processed and completed. |
Why is the status of my order “Awaiting Shipment” since a certain date?
“Awaiting Shipment” means your order is in the shipping process but has not yet been marked as shipped with tracking. This can happen when an item is being prepared, waiting for carrier pickup, shipping from a supplier, or waiting for stock to arrive.
If your order has been in this status longer than expected, please contact us with your order number and we can check the latest update.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to help. Once an order is already in fulfillment, shipped, or special ordered, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
What should I do if I made a mistake on my order?
Contact us right away with your order number and the correction needed. We will try to update the order before it is processed or shipped.
Tracking & Shipping
Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your order ships, tracking information is usually sent by email. You can also log in to your EMRN account and check your order under My Orders.
If your order says shipped but you do not see tracking, contact us with your order number and we can help locate the tracking information.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
Some orders ship in multiple packages or from different warehouses. If your order is marked Partially Shipped, the remaining items will ship separately.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes. EMRN ships medical supplies across Canada. Shipping cost and delivery time depend on the item, order size, shipping address, warehouse location, and carrier service.
How long will my order take to ship?
Shipping time depends on product availability, supplier processing time, warehouse location, and carrier transit time. Some items ship quickly, while non-stock or special-order items may take extra time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders. Some oversized, heavy, special-order, or freight items may not qualify for free shipping. Final shipping options are shown at checkout.
Invoices & Order Documents
Where can I find my invoice?
If you have an EMRN account, log in and go to My Orders. Business account customers can usually find invoices and order details under their account order history.
If you cannot find your invoice, contact us with your order number and we can help.
Can I get a copy of an old invoice?
Yes. Contact us with your order number, company name, or the email address used for the order, and we will do our best to locate the invoice.
Can I get a quote or invoice with my company information on it?
Yes. Make sure your company information is included on your account or quote request. If you need something adjusted, contact us before placing the order or as soon as possible after submitting your request.
Stock & Product Availability
How can I check stock availability for an item?
Stock and availability information is shown on the product page near the product options and add-to-cart area. If you need a specific quantity or have a time-sensitive order, contact us before ordering and we can help confirm availability.
What does “Available to order” mean?
“Available to order” means the item can be purchased, but it may not be sitting in our local warehouse for immediate shipment. It may ship from a supplier or require additional processing time.
Can I order an item that is not currently in stock?
In many cases, yes. Some items can still be ordered even if they are not currently in stock or require additional processing time. If timing is important, please contact us before ordering.
Can you confirm stock before I place my order?
Yes. If you need to confirm stock before ordering, contact us with the product name, SKU, and quantity needed. We can check availability and help advise before you place the order.
Accounts & Business Accounts
How can I create an account?
Click Sign In / Register at the top of the website and follow the steps to create your EMRN account. An account makes it easier to view orders, reorder products, and manage your information.
How can I create a business or enterprise account?
To create a business or enterprise account, complete the business account application or contact our team for help. Business accounts are useful for companies, clinics, schools, healthcare facilities, government organizations, and larger purchasing departments.
Do I need to be a doctor’s office or have a business account to purchase?
No. You do not need to be a doctor’s office or have a business account to purchase many items from EMRN. Some specialized medical products may have restrictions or may require additional information, but many products are available to regular customers, businesses, schools, and organizations.
Can schools, clinics, EMS departments, and companies order from EMRN?
Yes. EMRN serves many types of customers, including schools, clinics, EMS departments, training programs, businesses, government organizations, long-term care facilities, and healthcare providers.
What are the benefits of creating an account?
Creating an account makes it easier to view your order history, find invoices, manage shipping information, reorder products, and keep your purchasing information organized.
Returns & Exchanges
Can we return or exchange an item?
Some items may be eligible for return or exchange, depending on the product type, condition, timing, and whether the item is stocked, special order, opened, used, sterile, discontinued, or non-returnable.
Please contact EMRN before sending anything back. Returns must be approved in advance.
Are all items returnable?
No. Not all items are returnable. Non-stock items, special-order items, sterile items, opened items, used items, discontinued products, custom products, and certain healthcare items may not be eligible for return.
What should I do if I received the wrong item?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the issue. If possible, include photos of the item and packaging so we can review and help resolve it quickly.
What should I do if my order arrived damaged?
Please contact us right away with your order number and photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label. This helps us review the issue and work toward a solution.
Payments, Purchase Orders & Tax
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Options may include major credit cards and other online payment methods depending on your order and account type.
Can I order using a purchase order?
Purchase order options may be available for approved business, enterprise, institutional, government, or healthcare accounts. If your organization needs purchase order billing, please apply for a business account or contact us for assistance.
Can tax-exempt organizations order from EMRN?
Yes, tax-exempt organizations may be able to order through EMRN. Please contact us before ordering so we can review your documentation and account setup.
Product Help
How do I know which product is right for me?
Product pages include descriptions, images, specifications, options, and other details when available. If you are not sure which item is right for your needs, contact us with the product you are considering and how you plan to use it.
Can EMRN help me find a replacement part or compatible accessory?
Yes. Send us the product name, brand, model number, SKU, or a photo if available. We will do our best to help locate the correct replacement part or compatible accessory.
Do you sell products for training, simulation, EMS, clinics, and first aid?
Yes. EMRN carries medical supplies, training and simulation products, first aid supplies, EMS equipment, diagnostics, wound care, PPE, home care products, and healthcare supplies.
Can you help me find a product if I do not know the SKU?
Yes. If you do not know the SKU, send us as much information as possible, such as the product name, brand, size, model, photo, or intended use. We can help search for the correct item.
