The silicone layer easily moves without losing its adherence protecting the wound.

The SiliGentle™ Non-Adhesive Silicone Foam Dressing, 6" x 6" (12/10/case) is designed to provide gentle yet effective wound management for patients with fragile or sensitive skin. Featuring a soft silicone contact layer, this dressing protects delicate tissue while allowing for atraumatic removal during dressing changes.

Its absorbent foam core manages light to moderate wound exudate while maintaining a moist wound-healing environment that supports natural tissue repair. The non-adhesive design makes it ideal for wounds requiring frequent dressing changes and for use on pediatric, geriatric, or compromised skin. The dressing can be secured with secondary fixation such as gauze, wrap, or medical tape.
