The MED TECH Vacuum Spine Board 7 Foot Complete Set – MT90002 provides EMS, rescue and emergency-response professionals with a complete full-body vacuum immobilization system in MED TECH's extended 7-foot configuration.
The set combines the 7 Foot Vacuum Spine Board – MT80002 with a hand/foot-operated double-action vacuum pump – MT61105 and a custom-fit Cordura nylon carrying case – MT51214, providing the primary components required for field deployment, evacuation and organized storage.
The VSB remains flexible while being positioned around the patient and becomes firm as air is removed. Its multi-chamber bead system molds closely around the body, helping provide stable full-body support for patients with suspected spinal, pelvic, hip or multiple-fracture injuries.

Vacuum Immobilization Technology
MED TECH Vacuum Spine Boards use a patented multi-chamber system containing specially designed beads. The chamber configuration helps prevent the beads from collecting in only one area of the board, providing more consistent molding around the patient's body.
Once the VSB is positioned around the patient, the included double-action vacuum pump is used to remove air from the board. As the vacuum develops, the VSB becomes firm and maintains the molded shape to support the patient during handling and transport.
Designed for Professional EMS & Rescue
Color-coded straps and lifting handles help simplify application, while removable components make cleaning, maintenance and replacement easier. The 7-foot VSB can also fold into a compact size for storage inside the included Cordura nylon carrying case.
