Wedges are ideal positioning shapes for exercise therapy. The positioning wedges can be used under the back, arm or leg of a patient to put her in a comfortable and functional position. They can be used to provide the necessary leverage to promote an exercise regime; i.e. under the knee to enable weighted ankle lifts. Skillbuilders® weges can also be used as sleeping wedge pillows. The wedges have an integral waterproof polyurethane coating that can be washed. The heavy-duty wedges will give you years of use.
