Product details
A non-adherent knitted gauze, impregnated with petroleum jelly to help maintain a moist wound environment for autolytic healing.
The Petroleum Gauze Dressing – 3" x 9" is a non-adherent wound contact dressing designed to protect sensitive wounds while minimizing trauma during dressing changes. Impregnated with petroleum, this gauze helps prevent adherence to the wound surface, allowing for painless removal and improved patient comfort.
Ideal for use on burns, skin grafts, lacerations, abrasions, and surgical sites, petroleum gauze maintains a moist wound environment that supports natural healing and helps reduce the risk of tissue damage. It can be used as a primary dressing or in combination with secondary absorbent dressings to manage exudate.
Commonly used in hospitals, clinics, long-term care, and home care settings, this 3" x 9" size is well-suited for covering elongated wounds or surgical incisions.
