Mextra® Superabsorbent - Superabsorbent Dressings

Mextra® Superabsorbent Dressings are highly absorbent wound dressings designed for the management of moderately to heavily exuding wounds. Their multi-layer construction absorbs wound exudate through the wound contact layer and retains fluid within the superabsorbent core, helping reduce the risk of leakage and maceration of the surrounding skin.

The dressing features a fluid-repellent, breathable backing that helps protect against strike-through while keeping wound fluid contained. Mextra® Superabsorbent maintains its structure as it absorbs fluid and can be used as either a primary dressing directly on the wound or as a secondary dressing when additional absorbency is required.
