The 23-gauge, 1½-inch length makes this needle well suited for intramuscular injections and other clinical applications requiring deeper penetration. The thin wall (TW) design allows for improved flow rates compared to standard wall needles, while the regular bevel (RB) supports smooth, controlled penetration.
