Promogran Prisma™ is comprised of a sterile freeze-dried composite of 44% oxidized regenerated cellulose (ORC), 55% collagen and 1% silver-ORC with 25% w/w ionically bound silver, a well known antimicrobial agent
In the presence of exudate, Promogran Prisma Matrix transforms into a soft, confirmable, biodegradable gel, and thus allows contact with all areas of the wound.
