Skin Suture Trainer

The P22 skin suture trainer by 3B Scientific perfectly replicates the anatomical structure of human skin layers including the epidermis, dermis and hypodermis to create a realistic haptic experience of touch for the trainee. By using the included housing base, users can provide skin tension to the suture pad for an even more realistic suture experience. This skin tension simulates the direction of orientation of the underlying collagen fibres. With a sharp scalpel, wounds can be cut to match the required depth and location on the pad. Suture and staple material can be removed from the incisions allowing for the trainer to be reused for many training exercises . The material is very robust for a dependably high quality, long-term use.
