When multiple casualty incidents occur, EMS providers often find their resources stretched in terms of equipment as well as personnel. The O-Two multi patient unit attaches to any oxygen regulator with a 9/16 in DISS outlet that supplies 50 PSI pressure, with a minimum output flow rate of at least 160 L/min.
