containing the arms a simple process. Use the harness to handle manikins in your day-to-day operations. WARNING: The Rescue Randy Harness is for ground operations with manikins only. DO NOT USE the harness for hoisting, rescue operations, or any victim use. Ship weight 5.50 lbs.
