- Back has maximum daily calorie intake levels for various ages for males and females and details within those calorie levels
- Lists the nutrition information for the 18 foods pictured on the front (and included in the Start Simple with MyPlate Kit, WA35400) so participants can easily add up the calories in the menu they plan
- Mentions activity, hydration, and much more
