Move patient once! Sager’s Breakaway Flat is designed for inter-hospital and intra-hospital transport. The flat features a pull-out center strap that allows the flat to break into two pieces. The flat can then be easily removed from underneath the patient’s sides without moving the patient. It has a weight capacity 400 lbs when lifted equally on all sides. The hinged frame allows for tilting the flat into a semi-fowler’s position. Constructed from 18 oz heavy duty vinyl coated polyester fabric and 1” 6061-T-6 aluminum alloy with a .65 wall.
