It can be used on a standardized patient as well as a mannequin and can be positioned on different parts of the arm and hand to simulate various points of entry. The hard backing is used to protect against unwanted needle puncture. "Venous Bleu" has replaceable parts* and is an excellent option for simulating basic Venipuncture administration skills.
