Terbutaline is used to treat or prevent bronchospasm (wheezing, chest tightness, trouble breathing). Designed to administer a single dose to manage, asthma, emphysema, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), by relaxing the muscles in bronchial tubes increasing airway passages.
Practi-Terbutaline™ (1mg/1mL) contains distilled water. This simulated medication is ideal for skills training for nursing and pharm tech programs.
