Practi-Dantrolene Sodium™ (Ryanodex®) for clinical training simulates 250 mg/20 mL of Dantrolene Sodium. Teach the skill of reconstitution of a simulated direct-acting skeletal muscle relaxant. Ryanodex is used for managing the severe hypermetabolism of skeletal muscle associated with malignant hyperthermia crises in patients of all ages. It is also used preoperatively and, in some cases, postoperatively to prevent or reduce the onset of clinical and laboratory signs of malignant hyperthermia. Practi-Dantrolene Sodium™ training vial is filled with distilled water and offers dozens of simulation scenarios for your students.
