Gluco III+ is a hospital-style glucometer simulator that was inspired by the Accu-Chek® Inform II, a blood glucose meter used in most hospitals in North America. This device simulates a blood glucose (blood sugar level) measurement and is functional on a low, medium, or high-fidelity manikin or with a standardized patient. Using the Bluetooth® connection, users can send values to simulate hypoglycemia and/or hyperglycemia. The Gluco III+ features long battery life (up to 8 hours) for extended simulations.
The Innov2Learn Gluco III+ Blood Glucose Meter Simulator (Model: 02-38-5504) is a professional-grade training tool designed to replicate real-time blood glucose (SpO₂) and heart rate (pulse) readings. Ideal for advanced clinical simulations, this device allows instructors and students to practice and assess responses to various medical scenarios involving hypoxemia, hyperoxia, and other respiratory conditions.
Key Features:
-
Realistic Simulation: Accurately mimics SpO₂ and pulse readings to simulate a wide range of clinical conditions.
-
Versatile Compatibility: Designed to fit on human fingers and compatible with silicone, rubber, latex, or plastic fingers; works seamlessly with low, medium, and high-fidelity manikins or standardized participants.
-
Visual Feedback: Bar graph matches the heartbeat (BPM) as soon as data is received, providing immediate visual cues.
-
Extended Battery Life: Powered by a rechargeable lithium battery capable of 24 hours of continuous operation.
-
Included Accessories: Comes with a wrist strap and USB-C cable for convenient charging and portability.
