Product details

The BD PhaSeal™ Protector P50 (Multipack) is a vial access component of the BD PhaSeal™ Closed System Drug-Transfer Device (CSTD), designed to help protect healthcare professionals from exposure to hazardous medications during preparation and transfer. Manufactured by Becton, Dickinson and Company, each protector attaches securely to larger medication vials to create a sealed, leak-resistant connection when used with compatible PhaSeal™ injectors.

The Protector P50 features advanced membrane technology that allows safe withdrawal and transfer of medications while preventing aerosols, vapors, and liquid spills from escaping into the environment. By maintaining a fully closed system, it supports compliance with hazardous drug handling standards such as USP <800> and enhances workplace safety.

The multipack format is ideal for high-volume hospital pharmacies, oncology departments, sterile compounding environments, and infusion centers, ensuring consistent availability while improving workflow efficiency.
