The BD PhaSeal™ Protector P21 (Multipack) is a vial access component of the BD PhaSeal™ Closed System Drug-Transfer Device (CSTD), designed to help protect healthcare professionals from exposure to hazardous medications during drug preparation and transfer. Manufactured by Becton, Dickinson and Company, each protector securely attaches to medication vials to create a sealed, leak-resistant connection when paired with compatible PhaSeal™ injectors.
The Protector P21 utilizes advanced membrane technology to allow safe withdrawal and transfer of medications while preventing aerosols, vapors, and liquid spills from escaping into the environment. By maintaining a fully closed system, it supports compliance with hazardous drug handling standards such as USP <800> and enhances workplace safety.
