Designed to provide excellent sound quality, these stethoscopes feature tunable diaphragm technology so you can hear low- and high-frequency sounds without repositioning or turning over the chestpiece. The dual-lumen tubing eliminates the rubbing noise of traditional double tubes and the adjustable headsets and snap-tight soft-sealing ear tips ensure an excellent acoustic seal and comfortable fit.

Precision chestpieces: Providing high-quality sound over a lifetime of use, our chestpieces are crafted with stainless steel and high-density zinc alloy with excellent acoustic properties and strength to resist impact, scratches and chemicals. Double-sided chestpieces have precision stems that rotate smoothly and click into position.
4. High-quality, durable tubing: Help keep your stethoscope looking new for years to come with a latex-free tubing that provides kink-resistant flexibility and is easy to clean with 70% isopropyl alcohol.
5. Snap-tight soft-sealing ear tips: The bulbous ends of the ear tips conform to individual ears for an excellent acoustic seal and comfortable fit. For the best seal, be sure to use the right size ear tips.

The FDA-cleared 3M Littmann CORE Stethoscope toggles between analog and amplified listening modes so you can listen how you want to during assessments. Tunable diaphragm technology—a 3M invention—lets you hear different frequency sounds by simply adjusting the pressure on the chestpiece. Hold the chestpiece with light pressure on the patient to hear low frequency sounds; press a little more to hear higher frequency sounds. Soft-sealing ear tips conform to individual ears for optimal comfort and excellent sound occlusion.
With an an Eko+ membership, you can save and annotate recordings, create a library of heart sounds to monitor disease progression, or securely share with a colleague. A complimentary trial period of Eko+ is included with every 3M™ Littmann® CORE Digital Stethoscope purchase.
