Keep foods in the proper proportions and portion sizes with this helpful plate. The inside of the plate guides clients to a balanced diet of 3 oz. of lean protein, 1/2 cup of cooked grains, and 1 cup each of vegetables and fruits. The plate rim reminds clients to drink water or skim milk and to get 30 minutes or more of exercise per day. The dairy section is attached to the 100% melamine plate. Outside diameter is 9-3/4 in. Dishwasher safe. Not for use in microwave.
