The CGA870 Mini Oxygen Regulator is a compact, durable regulator designed for use with CGA870 oxygen cylindersin EMS, first response, clinical, and portable oxygen applications. Built with a brass core for strength and long-term reliability, and an aluminum sleeve for lighter weight and easier handling, this regulator provides dependable performance in demanding environments.
With an adjustable 0–15 LPM flow range, it supports common oxygen therapy needs—from low-flow support to higher-demand delivery. The barb outlet connection allows secure attachment to compatible oxygen supply tubing, helping ensure consistent oxygen flow during patient care. Its small footprint makes it ideal for emergency bags, ambulances, and portable oxygen setups where space and reliability matter most.

The Dynarex Oxygen Regulators are constructed of a lightweight aluminum with brass high pressure conduits and are designed to oxygen cylinders made with an CGA 870 fitting. Each of these regulators has easy-to -read gauges showing the LPM flow setting of anywhere between 0 and 25 LPM depending on the regulator. These regulators are available in mini and extended, offering the same functions as a standard regulators.
