Position Profile: Customer Service Representative
A people-person and a multitasker, the Customer Service Representative is on the front-line serving the customers’ needs. The CSR is accountable for order entry/processing, answering inquiries and questions, customer follow-ups and handling customer complaints. CSR follows all procedures (SOP) and policies when providing customer service. CSR participates in production & sales meetings, assigned training, setting, and meeting personal goals. CSR understands his/her role as company ambassador and provides positive experiences to all customers. The CSR will assist customers in both English and French.
Primary responsibilities
Handling customer needs and objections as they arise (via phone/email).
Responsible for the entire order process: Order confirmation, entry, processing, acknowledgement & invoicing.
Duties also include supporting the customer or sales team with RFQs (requests for quotation) and other prospective needs.
Work closely with the Operations, Sales and Marketing teams in new part/product creation.
Process/create new account profiles in ERP system, including credit reference, credit terms, and updating existing customer profiles as needed.
Manage a small portfolio of assigned customer ensuring service excellence and customer’s KPIs are met.
Closely work with, and support Operations, Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Shipping Departments
Actively participating in scheduled meetings
Promptly and actively resolve customer challenges, returns (RMAs) and/or complaints respecting the EMRN systems and guidelines.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent skills gained through experience
Fluent - English and French
3+ years of customer service, sales or reception experience an asset
People & team oriented
Efficient, well-organized, able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously
Adaptable & Flexible
Very detailed oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer savvy – ERP and CRM experience an asset
Can work autonomously and within a team environment

Position Profile: Warehouse Worker
Our Warehouse Worker is a key member of the organization and works closely with several departments and team members. The Warehouse Worker’s responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing and shipping orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule or work orders (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
Receive and process warehouse stock/inventory products (pick, unload, label, store etc.)
Perform inventory controls, cycle counts regularly (as requested/scheduled)
Keep quality standards high for audits
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
Complete diary logs into inventory
Report any discrepancies, errors or urgent matters as they arise
Communicate and cooperate with Managers, Supervisors and coworkers
Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Duties also include waste disposal/consolidation, sanitation and overall department cleanliness
Other duties as assigned
Requirements and skills
High school degree
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
Shipping experience preferred
Strong communication skills in both English and French
Proficiency in inventory software, ERP or other systems
Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
Good organizational and time management skills
People & team oriented
Adaptable, flexible and always willing to help
Self-starter who can handle multiple duties simultaneously
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 70lbs)
Valid & current forklift license
Position Profile: Territory Account Manager
The Territory Account Manager (TAM) is accountable for developing sales within their assigned Territory consistent with strategic and corporate goals and values. The role includes all facets of territory management. This would include developing strong relations with customers and opinion leaders in your Territory, developing and implementing a business plan for your Territory, collaborating closely with other staff, and growing your Territory consistent with agreed upon targets.
Primary responsibilities
1. Sales Generation - Plan, develop and execute strategies to increase sales and company market share by exploring methods to expand the customer base in your Territory, cultivate new sales and marketing opportunities and grow current and new customers.
1.1. Manage Territory by developing strong relationships with customers.
1.2. Recommend, execute, and monitor sales and strategies to increase market penetration.
1.3. Coordinate implementation of business plan with Manager.
1.4. Manage the attainment of sales objectives and goals within your Territory.
1.5. Analyze and recommend sales promotion ideas, sampling requirements, promotion activities and other required tools and support needed (within reasonable budgets).
2. Detailed activities - Pro-actively participate in functions that are deemed important for you in developing your Territory including (but not limited to):
2.1. Attend trade shows, seminars, and courses both within your territory and outside as required by the Company.
2.2. Make regular contact with customers and prospects via phone, email, and live visits.
2.3. Provide detailed reports to Manager documenting daily activities.
2.4. Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and learning (i.e., lunch) sessions for business, associations or other.
2.5. Technical troubleshooting and dealing with customer issues.
2.6. Monitor sales returns to isolate problem areas with the goal to reduce returns and the related costs within your Territory.
2.7. Provide exceptional customer service and work closely with customer service.
3. Training and Product Knowledge – Ongoing training is critical to your success and as you will be either remote or working in the corporate office, it is imperative you take personal responsible for this including:
3.1. Active and ongoing participation in product, technique, and sales training.
3.2. Ongoing research of competitor products and the differences and critical selling features compared to our products.
3.3. Continuous industry education training. We recommend you identify some customers you can use as a resource in this regard in your local market.
4. Corporate Issues - Participate constructively as a member of the sales team fostering goal achievement, team building, communication and joint problem solving.
4.1. Regular communication with your manager and other members of the sales team to ensure sharing of Best Practices.
4.2. Continuously review Territory performance and make recommendations for improvement.
4.3. Consistently follow and work within the guidelines of our Corporate Values.
Qualifications
Post-secondary education in business or equivalent experience combined with 5 years of proven sales success.
Able to self-motivate and work effectively in an independent environment.
