The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers—helping with everything from order processing to solving inquiries and providing ongoing support. You’ll be working closely with internal departments like Sales, Operations, and Procurement, ensuring a seamless experience for every customer interaction. This is an in-office position where bilingualism (English and French) is essential.
What You’ll Do
-Handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve objections via phone and email
-Manage the full order process: confirmations, entry, acknowledgements, invoicing
-Support sales with quotes (RFQs) and product info
-Create and maintain customer profiles in our ERP system
--Manage a small book of accounts, ensuring a high level of service and performance
C-ollaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Shipping teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively
-Participate in team meetings, training, and goal-setting activities
-Handle returns (RMAs), complaints, and customer challenges in line with EMRN policies
-Maintain high standards of accuracy, organization, and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
-High school diploma (post-secondary education an asset)
-Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
-3+ years experience in customer service, sales, or reception
-Strong communicator and natural people-person
-Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
-Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
-Proficient in computers—ERP and CRM experience a plus
-Comfortable working independently and in a team environment

We are seeking motivated, independent, and sales-driven Territory Account Managers across every province in Canada to help expand our footprint and serve our diverse customer base.
The Role
As a Territory Account Manager (TAM), you will be the face of EMRN in your region, responsible for building strong customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and driving territory growth. This is a remote role, ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a flexible work environment and is passionate about the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Territory Management
· Drive new business and grow existing accounts to meet and exceed sales targets
· Develop and execute a strategic sales plan tailored to your province

Qualifications
· Post-secondary education in business or equivalent experience
· 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in healthcare, pharma, or medical supplies
· Fluent in English; French bilingualism strongly preferred

We're currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and oversee day-to-day office operations.
The Role
As our Executive Assistant, you will be a key player in ensuring smooth business operations and supporting the executive team. You’ll wear multiple hats—handling administrative tasks, coordinating interdepartmental activities, supporting HR processes, and helping ensure the office runs efficiently. This is an in-office position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and enjoys bringing order to a growing company.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Executive Support
· Provide direct administrative support to the Executive Team, including scheduling, travel coordination, and correspondence
· Maintain calendars, organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes
· Assist in project coordination and follow-ups on action items
· Help manage email communications and respond on behalf of executives when appropriate
Operations Oversight
· Support day-to-day operations of the office, including supply ordering, vendor coordination, and facility needs
· Liaise with various departments (Sales, Procurement, Customer Service, Shipping, Finance) to streamline workflows
· Ensure that internal processes and systems run smoothly and are followed consistently
· Maintain documentation such as SOPs, contracts, and internal policies

Qualifications
