We’re now looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at our Montreal office.

The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers—helping with everything from order processing to solving inquiries and providing ongoing support. You’ll work closely with internal departments like Sales, Operations, and Procurement to ensure a seamless customer experience. This is an in-office role where bilingualism in English and French is essential.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve objections via phone and email.
  • Manage the full order process including confirmations, entry, acknowledgements, and invoicing.
  • Support sales with quotes, RFQs, and product information.
  • Create and maintain customer profiles in the ERP system.
  • Manage a small book of accounts while maintaining a high level of service and performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Shipping teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and goal-setting activities.
  • Handle returns, complaints, and customer challenges in line with EMRN policies.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, organization, and professionalism.

The Role

As a Territory Account Manager, you will be the face of EMRN in your region, responsible for building strong customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and driving territory growth. This is a remote role, ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a flexible work environment and is passionate about the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business and grow existing accounts to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan tailored to your province.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Recommend and implement strategies to increase market share and customer engagement.
  • Monitor sales goals, KPIs, and market trends within your territory.

We’re currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and oversee day-to-day office operations.

The Role

As our Executive Assistant, you will be a key part of ensuring smooth business operations and supporting the executive team. You’ll wear multiple hats—handling administrative tasks, coordinating interdepartmental activities, supporting HR processes, and helping keep the office running efficiently. This in-office role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment and enjoys bringing structure to a growing company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to the Executive Team including scheduling, travel coordination, and correspondence.
  • Maintain calendars, organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
