3M™ Tegaderm™ High Gelling Alginate Dressings form an amorphous gel-like mass when saturated, are highly conformable and ideally suited to the management of moderate to heavily exudating or full thickness wounds. The saturated dressings may be gently irrigated from the wound bed at dressing change. The high gelling alginate dressing is 12 inch (30.4 cm).
